I picked up my dog and realized that I no longer carry around AT LEAST that much weight. Things that once felt impossible, like hitting steps, etc. are now just normal life!

Prior to starting this program, my weight was a few pounds higher than my start weight listed in my spreadsheet. I was very firmly a size XL. Bending over was becoming uncomfortable for me. Now a size L fits comfortably, and is even roomy.

My name is Tiffany, and I know how you feel.

The photo of me in the pink shirt is when I was 24. I was 10lbs shy of my highest non-pregnancy weight and I was on a diet, trying to do all the things you were supposed to do at the time to lose weight and get healthy.
I grew up in the 90s, when trying to be as skinny a possible to fit into a size 0 was the dream of every teenage girl.

I did Weight Watchers, took Ephedra and Herbalife, ate Lean Cuisine and spent hours on the elliptical machine.

Fast forward a few years and I had two babies.

I lost weight while breastfeeding and migrated towards “clean eating,” which I thought was the key to being fit and healthy.

​​​​​​​It's one of the reasons why I started my blog Don't Waste the Crumbs!

​​​​​​​The weight came back though, so I did what was popular again - cut out entire food groups, ate the latest superfoods and supplements, and tried intermittent fasting.

In September 2023 I had a realization.

I had spent 20+ years chasing quick fixes and never being happy in my own skin.

I never put the time into learning the science behind how to eat for my body, for my goals.

I radically changed my mindset, stopped looking for quick fixes, dove into learning the science behind eating well, and made a commitment to change for the long haul.

In Spring 2024, I lost 11 pounds and 12 inches.

​​​​​​​But more importantly, I learned how to keep it off and feel comfortable in my skin.

The group coaching program starts September 15 and runs through October 24.

Yes! You'll learn how to choose foods that make you feel good and fuel your body for whatever your day holds, even if that includes avoiding allergens.

Yes! Everything you learn about nutrition can be applied to your family as well.

No! You will never be forced to buy any foods you don't want to eat.

Each lesson will take about 15-30 minutes to watch. Some lessons include supplemental content that are optional, but provided to help you solidify the topics we're covering.

No problem! You have one full year to the NOURISHED+STRONG portal. Work through each module at your own pace!

Tiffany has been so helpful & wonderful to work with as a coach. She's brought different things I've learned or known over many years together in a way that makes sense and added missing pieces I didn't know to create a plan designed for my unique body that's doable.
